Questions worth answering

What exactly uses a credit?
One completed agent run. Searching your knowledge base, calling a tool and generating the answer is all one run — so a conversation costs what it looks like it costs. A run that fails is not charged.
Do credits belong to me or my team?
The workspace. Everyone you invite draws from the same pool, and upgrading lifts it for all of them at once — nobody buys their own seat.
What happens when they run out?
Agents stop running and say so. Nothing is deleted, nothing is billed without you choosing it, and everything starts working again when the plan changes.
Is the model cost included?
On the free plan, yes — twenty runs on our keys. On paid plans you can bring your own provider keys, and then you pay that provider directly for tokens.
